Giselle began her professional journey as a Chemist at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, where she spent nearly four years contributing to product development and quality assurance. Her ability to optimize complex systems led her to pivot into the legal industry, where she joined a growing law firm and quickly became instrumental in building scalable operational frameworks. Her leadership and strategic execution earned her the role of Chief Operating Officer, a position she held for ten years while overseeing people, processes, and performance.
