Ellyn Ito

Ellyn Ito is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and operational strategist with more than two decades of experience helping organizations scale, adapt, and navigate complex periods of growth and transformation. Her career spans leadership roles in both public and private companies, where she has guided organizations through challenges involving business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing strategy, and operational expansion.

In 2004, Ellyn founded Sigma Integrated Resources, an advisory firm dedicated to supporting start-ups and mid-sized businesses with strategic operations, growth planning, and organizational development. Her work has consistently focused on helping companies strengthen their foundations while preparing for long-term innovation and scalability.

In 2018, she invested in and joined Helius Medical, Inc., a neuromodulation medical device company she had previously advised since its early stages in 2014. Her experience in healthcare technology and innovation ultimately led to the co-founding of Innerstill in 2021, where she now serves as CEO. At Innerstill, Ellyn leads the development and commercialization of neuro-energetic wellness technologies and medical devices designed to transform how individuals approach mind-body health and neurological wellness.

Beyond her work in technology and healthcare, Ellyn is the founder of Seeds to Sew International, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls in underserved communities through access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.
