David C. Bernard is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Precision Law Group, bringing over 14 years of legal experience practicing across the state of Louisiana. He focuses his practice on estate planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, successions, business and commercial consulting and litigation, as well as contracts and leases. Known for his practical and client-centered approach, he helps individuals and businesses navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2010 and his Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2007. He completed his high school education at Jesuit High School in 2003.
David was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2011 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana. He is additionally a registered Notary Public in the state of Louisiana.
